- 12+ years of overall enterprise IT experience
- 6+ years of experience in Software, enterprise, or solutions architecture
- Familiar with both Java and Microsoft Technologies.

- Solid understanding of Design Patterns.
- Advanced knowledge of SOA and all SOA-based design and implementation.
- Exposure to a variety of technologies, Including, but not limited to: WebSphere or Weblogic, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), .Net (ASP.NET, WCF), Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server.
- Oracle SOA Suite experience is a plus.
- Performance tuning of Operating Systems, Applications, Databases.
- Demonstrable experience automating complex tasks
- Must have the capacity to be decisive and flexible

Both require similar technical skills especially in Middleware and enterprise software such as J2EE and SOA.

ReplyDeleteI notice that the idian farmes they are flexaible with the experice background , they didn’t spesfiy that the candidates should have work experince in US or UK but , in UAE they do . The attraction of these kind of jobs in UAE is manly foucs on proffissionals in the US and eurpean market . But in India , one of the lead contry in IT field , they are foucing on attracting locals . In my point of view , the indian firms prefer indian proficcinals due to find more opportunites for locals besides their salaries is lower than others.
